Kritika’s leadership saw her managing a dynamic team of traders and salespeople, supporting the firm’s global funding needs with acumen and strategic foresight. She was instrumental in pricing, executing, and risk managing global secured funding transactions, showcasing her adeptness in high-stakes financial environments.
As a senior trader, Kritika coordinated closely with senior stakeholders, demonstrating her ability to adapt and innovate. She played a critical role in establishing new structures in response to evolving trading environments, a testament to her strategic thinking and adaptability.
